What does MASAMUNE AI manage?It organizes and presents field erasure logs, target devices, operation results, and information used for reporting.
Does the web interface erase data by itself?Compatible field tools perform erasure. MASAMUNE AI supports progress review, logs, reporting, and verification.
What are IMEI check results used for?They provide a reference view of network-use restriction information published by mobile network operators.
Where do I start?Create an account if you are new, or sign in if you already use MASAMUNE AI.
How do I make the bootable USB?After signing in, get USB Writer from the Downloads page, choose the Toolkit in the app, and write it to a USB drive by following the on-screen guide. USB Writer runs on Windows 10/11 (x64).
What if the PC will not boot from the USB?Insert the USB before powering on, press the boot-menu key right after power-on, and choose the USB. The key differs by manufacturer. Secure Boot in the BIOS/UEFI settings may also block it. If it still fails, please contact us.
How many devices are free?The first 10 successful erasures are free, and no card is required.
What happens after the free devices?From device 11, the price per device is ¥300 in Japan and $2 overseas. Only successful erasures are counted; failed erasures are not charged.
